istbuy is an online shopping platform we developed meticulously for a more convenient and faster shopping experience at Istanbul Airport. Designed specially for the visitors of Istanbul Airport, you can use istbuy to access the products of domestic and international brands alike, leaving you with nothing but the best shopping experience.
You can view duty-free UNIFREE products on istbuy. However, there is no sales of duty-free products on istbuy. Duty-free products are sold only in UNIFREE stores.
• You can pick up the products you ordered on istbuy from the store you made the purchase. To see the store's location, click on Store Location on the My Orders page.
You can make a return request within the scope of applicable return conditions by notice to istbuy within 14 days from the day you pick up the purchased product from the store. To return a product, click Refund next to the product on My Account and proceed as instructed.
Purchased products can be returned only if their packaging is still intact, and the product must not have been worn, used, altered or damaged. Return requests for disposable products, perishable goods and products whose best before date is likely to expire will be denied. Return requests that meet the criteria set by istbuy will be approved, whereupon the product price will be refunded to your card.
You can cancel an order, but you cannot modify it. As orders cannot be modified, you would need to cancel your order and place a new one.
Orders not picked up in-store within the specified time are cancelled without any additional fees.
You can cancel your order or any product you want to remove from your order before your order is confirmed by the store.

• If you made your purchase as a guest user; you can cancel your product(s) using the Purchase Details link in the email sent to you after purchase.
The limits set out below apply to duty-free purchases for arrivals and departures, respectively. Limits on duty-free purchases may differ from the limits applicable at your destination. The responsibility for limits at the point of destination rests with the passengers themselves.
You can sign up for istbuy using a cell phone number that is registered with a foreign operator. But be sure to prefix your two-digit country code (+ country code).
By signing up for istbuy, you can track your orders from My Orders section and create purchase lists by adding products to favorites. Moreover, you can stay in the loop about special offers for members and benefit from the numerous advantages brought to you by istbuy.

To track orders that you placed without signing up, you can use the track orders link in the email sent to you by istbuy. Or you can Sign Up Now to track your orders conveniently using the My Account page.
You can cancel, return or change your order using the Purchase Details link in the email sent to the guest user after purchase.
You can add any product to your cart on Istanbul Airport's online shopping platform istbuy by clicking the Add to Cart button. At checkout, you can choose your billing address or add new address information. To complete your payment, you will have to enter your card information after clicking the Continue button. Products that can be ordered may vary according to the terminal you will be traveling to/from. Click for details.
You can track all your orders on My Account >My Orders. Information of orders placed as a guest user can be accessed using the link in the email sent to you by istbuy.
You can pick up your purchase from the store you made the purchase. To see the store's location, click on View Map on the My Orders page.
• You can pick up your purchase from the relevant store within 24 hours of your flight.
• If you don’t have a flight, you can pick up your order in-store within 10 days of placing your order.
Be sure to check your order in the presence of store staff at the time of pick-up.
All purchases made at istbuy are delivered at the stores completely free of charge.
Purchases are kept ready for pickup at the stores until expiry of their delivery deadline. Payments made for purchases not picked up until their deadline will be refunded to your credit card. If you still want to buy the products of your cancelled purchase, you will have to place a new order at istbuy.
You do not need a flight number to sign up for istbuy. You will be required to enter your flight information in the steps to follow, because your flight information will be determinative for the products you will be able to purchaseas well as your pickup deadline.
Your flight information is determinative for the stores you can make a purchase at the airport. All services at istbuy are designed to enhance the convenience of our customers. The products available for you to order may vary according to the terminal you will travel from/to. While stores on the landside are available for pickup by all airport visitors, the stores in the Domestic Terminal are limited to pickup by passengers who have a flight from/to this terminal. istbuy's priority is to show our customers the products they can purchase and pick up conveniently.
Your flight information is tracked using the flight number you inserted on istbuy. If there is any delay or change in your flight, istbuy will notify the store(s) accordingly.
Please contact the customer services if you have changed/postponed/cancelled your flight yourself.
• You can pick up your order up until one day after your flight date. Accordingly, you do not need to cancel your order if you can still meet that deadline.
istbuy has been designed to help you easily find the product(s) you are looking for. To find a particular product, you can use the search bar to make a search with keyword(s) or choose a product category.
Products currently on stock can change by the moment. If you wish, you can check for alternative products on istbuy.
istbuy labels the products to enable our customers a more convenient shopping experience. The products are labeled accordingly, i.e., to signify those available in the Domestic / International Terminal, those that are classified as Duty Free.
Yes, prices are susceptible to change depending on our partners' price policies.
At istbuy, you can pay by credit and debit cards. Payment methods other than those specified (e.g., payment in store, EFT, money order, etc.) are not available at istbuy. To complete your payment, you must enter your card information as requested.
Once you have placed an order, it is not possible to change your payment option. If you want to change your payment option anyway, you can cancel your order and make a new payment using the payment option of your choice.
Your E-archive invoice is emailed to you.
istbuy's quality standards require the stores that sell products on istbuy to give a reason for cancelling any orders they received on istbuy. If your order is canceled, the amount you paid for that order will be refunded to your card and you will receive an email notifying you of the reason of cancellation.
